February 13 (1pm-4pm) The annual Sweetheart Stroll is presented by merchants in Atascadero's historic downtown Colony District and takes place on Feb. 13. Strollers are invited to purchase wine-tasting bracelets for $20. The bracelets will entitle visitors to unlimited wine-tasting presented by 17 local wineries. Dance instructors Dan and Sharon Davis will give free dance lessons at the Carlton Hotel from 2-3pm.
