This class takes place on Sun. and is taught by a professional film actor/director. Annual LA trips to perform for talent agents and casting directors. Ongoing.
THE UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY
(Gallery hours are Tues.-Sat. 11am-4pm)
is a venue that nurtures creativity, empathy, and big-picture thinking by bringing bold thinkers, emerging and established artists, and creative professionals to campus. Receptions are held the day a new exhibit is installed.

This Farmers Market is happening every Tuesday and is held at the Grange parking lot.

CHOCOLATE AND WINE VALENTINE SERENADE
February 10 (5:30-9pm)
On Feb. 10 the 5Cities Homeless Coalition will host a Valentine's event. Attendees will enjoy chocolate and handcrafted desserts paired with Central Coast wines, while listening to the sounds of The Quiet Knights, joined by musical guests Rick Jarrett, Kimberly Ford, Steve McAndrew. Vocalist Gigi Senna will make a special musical appearance.
ISRAELI FOLK DANCING
February 10 (7-8:15pm)
Israeli Folk Dancing CBD is happy to announce that Israeli Folk Dancing will take place Sunday evenings from 7-8:15pm. Dancing is great exercise for the body and the brain while the music and movement feeds the soul. We will start with simple dances, and everything will be taught, so no experience is necessary, nor do you need a partner. Just bring a bottle of water, your energy, and be ready for a good time.

Soprano Katherine Arthur and pianist Louise King invite you to enjoy an afternoon concert of German Art Songs, featuring the works of Brahms, Schumann, and Wolf. The concert will be held on Feb. 10 at the Trinity United Methodist Church and will be followed by a reception. Advance tickets are $15 (call the Adult School at 549-1222) and $20 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Adult School Arts Scholarship.

02/10/13 3-5PM Mimi Blais At The French Cafe Mimi is the Queen of Ragtime Piano. Not only is she a master of early Jazz, Blues, Ragtime, and pop music, but she is also a funny lady, like Victor Borge. First of three concerts. Purchase all three and attend a free concert September 4.

Songwriters At Play presents Dulcie Taylor. Says Sing Out magazine, "She has a fine, flexible storyteller's style and a graceful voice with the flavor of her South Carolina roots”. She may be new to the Central Coast, but she's no newcomer to the stage, which she has shared with a long list of artists, including Bonnie Raitt, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Asleep at the Wheel.
