WINTER WISDOM CHINESE MEDICINE AND YIN YOGA WORKSHOP
January 6 (1pm)
Join licensed acupuncturist Erika Eddy and yoga instructor Robyn Rigoni for a Yin Yoga practice and discussion of Chinese Medicine principles for the Winter season. Cultivate wisdom and become grounded in the calming, quiet postures of Yin Yoga as we target joints and connective tissues. Nourish and nurture the Kidney and Urinary Bladder energies with tuning forks and gentle acupressure. Relax deeply and focus on the breath with specific breathing techniques and enjoy aromatherapy. As the holiday season comes to a close, the season of Winter is just getting started. On Jan. 6 from 1-3pm join Erika Eddy, L.Ac. and Robyn Rigoni, yoga instructor for an extended yin and restorative yoga practice and discussion of Chinese Medicine principles for a restful, mindful Winter season. Cost is $35.
