Lessons and Classes January 16 (8:30 - 9:30) Ecstatic Dance in the Morning with Tobey: This fun dance class combines a warm up with stretching & qi gong leading into a metabolism boosting 30+ minute wave of eclectic 5 Rhythms dancing a la Gabrielle Roth and Soul Motion with Vinn Marti.
