WRITER'S SUNDAY WITH TOBEY
January 13 (1-5pm)
on Jan. 13 from 1-5pm. This workshop is for writers who are ready to take the plunge to make their books a reality. Learn the nuts and bolts of writing: editing, creating imagery, practice, structure, using real life as a springboard for words on the page, the inner critic, the world of e-books, and more. Bring pages, a journal, pens, a blanket for meditation, water, and a snack. Prepare to be fired up and ready to write when you leave.
Cost: $100 (some sliding scale possible)

Clarity Breathwork is a gentle, safe, and profound tool for healing and transformation on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This practice is able to increase the available energy in the physical body, improve the clarity of the mind, and allow a release of blocked emotional energy to gently uplift the spirit. The workshop, led by Dharma Devi, will be at Sukha Wellness Center on Jan. 13 from 9:30am-12:30pm. Cost is $45.
