THE MET: LIVE IN HD SERIES

This series features high-def transmissions to the Cohan Center's large screen from the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. Performances include: Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte, May 4; Rossini’s La Cenerentola, May 10.

The History Center is housed in the former Carnegie Library Bldg., built 1904-05. The Museum is open daily from 10am-4pm. The Public Research Room is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-4pm and Fridays from 11am-4pm (subject to volunteer availability).

WOODS HUMANE SOCIETY
(Woods opens Mon. through Sat. at 10 a.m.)
Woods Humane Society protects and shelters homeless companion animals, places animals into humane environments, promotes responsible pet ownership, provides humane education, and reduces animal overpopulation. They have beautiful animals up for adoption, camps for kids, fund-raising events, volunteer opportunities, and educational programs for the community.
