GIS DAY 2008 AT CAL POLY is Nov. 20 starting at 1pm at the Kennedy Library, 3rd Floor. This event is an opportunity for students, faculty, industry, and the community to come together and learn about GIS (Geographic Information Systems). The event will feature exhibits, networking opportunities for students and employers, presentations on local uses for GIS technology, and more. Free. ADELAIDA CELLARS PRESENTS ITS ANNUAL BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU CELEBRATION on Nov. 21 at 6pm to salute the first release of the 2008 Central Coast vintage.
